Our Caregiver Angels “earn their wings”. We do extensive searches to find the most qualified candidates. We conduct intensive interviews, which include in-depth assessments, background checks, credit checks, social security verification, drug testing, and a review of Motor Vehicle driving records. Additionally, all Caregivers are bonded and insured. Most importantly they are dependable, extremely caring and must subscribe to our company “Code of Ethics”. Our company has raised the bar on what to expect for Caregivers – our internal standards include CPR or First Aide Certification. Our Caregivers will arrive in a uniform and carry positive company ID. Professionalism is important to us. Raising the industry standards & living not only up to our promises – but to your best expectations.

In-home care allows a person their independence, and choice. Our clients include Seniors and the chronically ill or disabled who are either not ready or willing to leave their home for an institutional setting. Many live with relatives, but because of Alzheimers, illness or their chronic conditions they need some support to remain independent and live at home. Many cannot perform one or more of the ADL’s – Activities of Daily Living. We provide help to the elderly or homebound with their ADL’s if they need it, but also provide Connecticut’s leading companion care and homemaker services such as - run errands, shopping, meal planning, meal preparation, laundry, fresh linens, and do personal correspondence. A large portion of the difficulties our elderly face is the isolation aging brings with it. Our Caregivers are trained to help these seniors remain active in their surroundings, have social interaction with our Caregivers and freedom to come and go to social events, now escorted.
